Description

Dorsomorphin is a selective and potent inhibitor of bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) through the receptors ALK2, ALK3, and ALK6. Inhibits AMPK, inducing autophagy in cancer cells. Shown to promote functional myogenesis along with LDN-193189.
