Description

Recombinant M. Tuberculosis Antigen TB 38+6+10 is an antigen peptide fragment used to develop immunoassays such as EIAs, ELISAs, and RIPAs. Contains: 38kDa, ESAT-6, CFP-10. Recombinant M. Tuberculosis antigen with 38 kDa + ESAT-6 + CFP-10 fragment expressed in E. Coli.

Applications: Gold labeled method, ELISA, western blots. Recommend using in sandwich and indirect method for Colloidal gold, and indirect method for ELISA to detect IgG.
