Description

Urodilatin is a natriuretic and diuretic peptide fragment of atrial natriuretic peptide (ANP). Urodilatin regulates Na+ and water transport across renal proximal tubules through inhibition of the Na+/K+ ATPase. Urodilatin increases renal dopamine uptake and also increases cGMP/PKG activity.
