Description

3-Methyl adenine is an autophagy inhibitor that also inhibits DNA polymerase activity and DNA synthesis if incorporated into DNA. Additionally, 3-methyl adenine exhibits antioxidative benefit, decreasing levels of lactate dehydrogenase and ROS/RNS in hydroquinone- and rapamycin-treated cells.
