Description

AZD-2014 is an inhibitor of mTORC1/2 that exhibits anticancer chemotherapeutic activity. AZD-2014 induces autophagy and inhibits growth without causing apoptosis in colorectal cancer cells. In animal models, AZD-2014 inhibits tumor growth of colorectal cancer xenografts.
