Description

DAPT is a γ-secretase inhibitor that suppresses Notch signaling and exhibits neuroprotective and anticancer activities. DAPT inhibits proliferation of cancer stem cells. It also promotes differentiation of neural stem cells into neurons with Lingo-1 shRNA as a possible treatment for spinal cord injury.
