HPGDS Inhibitor 1 is an inhibitor of hematopoietic prostaglandin D synthase (HPGDS) that decreases release of PGD2. HPGDS Inhibitor 1 displays anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, and immunomodulatory activities, decreasing antigen-induced immune and inflammation responses in animal models.
