Description

Kb NB 142-70 is an inhibitor of PKD that is used to study PKD activity in research models. Kb NB 142-70 prevents angiotensin II-induced phosphorylation of histone deacetylases and increases activation of Akt in intestinal epithelial cells. This compound may also inhibit migration of intestinal epithelial cells.
