Description

S-Sulforaphane is a synthetic isothiocyanate. The R isomer of sulforaphane is found in broccoli. Sulforaphane is an inducer of phase II enzymes, displaying antioxidative and chemopreventive activities. It may inhibit the aryl hydrocarbon receptor (AhR).
