Description

10,11-Dehydrocurvularin is a fungal metabolite produced by Penicillium species. 10,11-Dehydrocurvularin is a cyclic lactone that has been shown to interfere with NF-kB, JAK/STAT, and TGF-beta signalling. Furthermore, this macrocyclic polyketide has been found to be an activator of heat shock response and to produce immune-modulating activities.
