Description

AMG-337 is a highly selective inhibitor of c-Met. In MET-amplified and MET-high-expressing preclinical models of hepatocellular carcinoma, AMG-337 significantly inhibited tumor growth. It has also shown promise in other studies of patients with Met-amplified advanced solid tumors.
