CAY10505 is an inhibitor of p110γ PI3K. CAY10505 increases endothelial relaxation, normalizes levels of glutathione, nitrate, and nitrite, and alters the vascular endothelial lining in hypertensive rats, improving vascular endothelial dysfunction.
