Description

M2698 is a dual inhibitor of p70S6K and Akt. In cancers with dysregulation of the PI3K/Akt/mTOR signaling pathway, M2698 demonstrates tumor growth inhibition, such as in mouse xeongraft models of triple-negative and Her-2 expressing breast cancer cell lines.
