Description

BLU-667 is an inhibitor of the rearranged during transfection (RET) kinase. RET is an oncogenic driver activated in multiple cancers. BLU-667 is an early selective small molecule designed to target RET, in contrast with current treatment methods that have been limited to multikinase inhibitors. BLU-667 potently inhibits growth of RET-driven non-small cell lung cancer and thyroid cancer xenografts in vtiro.
