Description

Amisulpride is an atypical antipsychotic that acts as an antagonist at 5-HT7 receptors and D2/3 receptors. Amisulpride also exhibits neuroprotective activity, modulating β2-arrestin signaling to increase phosphorylation of Akt and GSK-3β, increasing neurite outgrowth in vitro.
