Description

AZD-7762 is a selective inhibitor of checkpoint kinase (CHK) 1 and CHK2. It enhances sensitivity of urothelial carcinoma cells to gemcitabine through the inhibition of DNA repair checkpoints. It also works with gemcitabine to suppress the growth of KRAS-driven LKB1-deficient lung adenocarcinomas.
