Description

Parecoxib is a prodrug of valdecoxib and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that exhibits anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities. Parecoxib inhibits COX-2 and prevents neuropathic pain-induced hypersensitivity in animal models of chronic constrictive injury.
