Description

D-Cycloserine is an antibiotic compound that exhibits antibacterial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis; it inhibits D-Ala-D-Ala ligase. Additionally, D-cycloserine acts as a glycine site partial agonist at NMDA receptors, enhancing memory and learning and potentially displaying antidepressant and cognition enhancing activities.
