Description

Kb NB 77-78 is an inactive analog of CID-797718 and showing no binding to PKD1. CID-797718 is a synthetic byproduct in the synthesis of CID-755673. Although CID-797718 showed moderate activity, the analog of Kb NB 77-78 showed decreased, rather than increased activity.
