Description

LEE011 is an inhibitor of CDK4/6 that exhibits anticancer chemotherapeutic activity. In neuroblastoma cells, LEE011 induces cell cycle arrest and cellular senescence, inhibiting proliferation. In animal models, LEE011 inhibits tumor xenograft growth.
