Tyrphostin A25 is an inhibitor of EGFR and other various tyrosine kinases. Tyrphostin A25 also inhibits small conductance Ca2+-activates K+ (SK) channels. Tyrphostin A25 is used in research models to examine the effects of various tyrosine kinases.
