Description

AZD-0156 is an inhibitor of the ataxia-telangiectasia mutated (ATM) kinase. ATM is a member of the PIKK family, a family of kinases that are activated in response to DNA damage. ATM inhibition promotes survival in mice with chromosomal rearrangements of the MLL oncogene, a subtype of acute myeloid leukemia.
