Description

PR-619 inhibits deubiquitinating enzymes (DUBs) and is used to study the role of ubiquitination in neurodegenerative diseases. This compound displays anti-inflammatory activity, inhibiting secretion of IL-1β in macrophages. In oligodendrocytes, PR-619 activates autophagy and aggrosome formation, stabilizes the microtubule network, and induces stress responses.
