Description

Alyssin sulfone is a sulfone analog of sulforaphane, an isothiocyanate (ITC). Alyssin sulfone exhibits antioxidative and anticancer activity. This compound inhibits the growth of colon cancer cells in vitro and induces phase II enzymes, increasing Nrf2 activity.
