Description

Emamectin B1 is a semi-synthetic avermectin that is clinically used in veterinary medicine; it exhibits anti-helminthic and anti-parasitic activities. Like other avermectins, emamectin increases GABA release, causing neuromuscular paralysis in microbes and parasites.
